Havredal's ground is developed and produced in Sweden with fava beans, oats and other crops from Sweden and Northern Europe. Like our burgers, it is gluten-free, soy-free, 100% plant-based and high in protein (15g/ 100g).
The ground is lightly seasoned for greater freedom of creativity and inspiration for the chef.

Preparation
PLANT-BASED GROUND
Fry the buns/steaks/burgers: fry over medium heat until golden brown. Turn regularly.
Oven: on baking tray with baking paper 6-8 minutes in the middle of the oven
