Plant based burger

Beef Burger

Juicy patties, with meat-like texture and consisten- cy for an optimal burger experience. Made from fava beans, oats and other crops. Works equally well in a deep fryer and on a griddle as it does in a frying pan and on the barbecue.

Chicken Burger

Our unique production process gives it a rich flavour, juicy plant meat with a chicken-like texture and a crispy frying surface.

Havredal's ground is perfect for plant-based meet balls, bolognese and any other dish you would normally use beef based ground for.

Suitable for a variety of cuisines, shapes & dishes: incorporated into sauces, formed into skewers, molded into nuggets, balls, or patties, stuffed into empanadas, dumplings, or tacos... the list goes on!


Our products are made with the regenerative and nitrogen binding Fava Bean. Fava beans are used as cover crops and don't need fertilizer. A much more sustainable ingredient than soy!

An anonymised string created from your email address (also known as a hash value) may be sent to the Gravatar service to determine whether you are registered there.
