Ballbreaker brings Havredal's plant-based burgers to the menu.

Press Press releases
The Ballbreaker activities, restaurant and conference venue is now taking the next step towards a sustainable, plant-based menu. By putting Havredal's new plant-based burgers on the menu, Ballbreaker hopes to increase the number of customers who choose plant-based.
The burger has already become a favourite at some of Sweden's best-known hotels and restaurants. By challenging both taste and texture, Havredals is working to make the transition to a plant-based diet easier, something that Ballbreaker's CEO Karin Ives also sees as necessary:
"We've been looking for a plant-based burger to compete with our Ballbreaker burger for a long time, and when we tried Havredal's burger, we immediately felt we'd found the right one."
From 17 October, everyone can enjoy a Havredals burger at Ballbreaker - a burger that is suitable for both meat eaters and vegans - it's just really good.
Produced in Sweden, Havredal's burgers are made with plant proteins from farmers' beans, oats and peas.
"We are delighted that Ballbreaker has chosen to include us on their menu and thus be part of the journey to ease the transition to plant-based!" concludes Katerina Cronstedt, CEO of Havredals
